i can give you pointers.. its not hard~
just remember to kick hard, and roll on your upper shoulders, also stretch well before you practice, because having straight and spread legs is very important if you want to maintain momentum

and oh yeah, remember that windmills arent about spinning.. it just looks like spinning, but its actually a series of kicking and rolling and kicking and rolling.

but then again, if you are trying to learn, im sure youve heard all of these tips before already... ^^

well i've been taking dance for couple months now, mainly hip hop, break, latin/ballroom...all good stuff

as for break nothing crazy no power moves, just some freezes and a lot of footwork so far..

breaking is the origin of hip hop just to add...i prefer hip hop though but so many styles within hip hop like popping and locking and liquid stuff....i wanna learn em all lol

breaking is more freestyle and hip hop is more choreographed

as for learning, you might wanna start with being really comfortable with back handsprings~ having a good roundoff technique is also really good way to learn how to do a backtuck, since it can give you the much needed momentum that most beginners cant get.

once you get over the fear, then its just the issue of commiting to the tuck ^^

bboying takes elements from uprocking, acrobatics/tricking, and popping/locking,
puts them together in their own style

so yeah lol.. bboys do learn how to do stuff like this~ its cool to jump into your routine with a gainer, or do a backtuck over your crewmates during a battle~

as for leraning back handsprings, just remember, momentum is key, learn how to do proper cartwheels first, and remember to keep your elbows locked, and rely more on completing the backhandspring with the momentum of your legs rather than jumping up and then landing on your wrists, cuz youll just hurt yourself, your legs should be carrying most of the momentum so your hands and wrists are not burdened with stopping the inertia of your entire body.

actually none of those help you to cwalk at all.
you learn by practicing infront of a mirror. you dont need shoes, hats, bandanas.. hell, you dont even need to have pants to cwalk, all you need are legs.

LOL, cwalk = clown walk/crowning. it IS NOT the crip walk and i am not relating myself to gangsters/G's/gang bangers in any kind of way. and people consider the cwalk as a type of dance and do it for fun not to try to be "gangster". and you can't say that if someone cwalks that they can't dance because what makes cwalking not dancing? o_o'... looks like dancing to me.
