They're too expensive. Was wondering if anyone know the like last-year model snowboards site where those are like 30~50% off. Thanks for the input though.

^what's your definition of begginner? I'm a beginner to do jumps and tricks, other than I can board. I'm not saying I'm getting Burton. Just saying if you guys know any websites that sell last year model (or older) of freestyle boards.

Little late reply but don't get a salomon if you're looking for flex. I got one and its pretty stiff but that's because I don't do tricks - mainly looking pow pow.

I'd say your best bet is go to a shop/board carrier and feel the different flexes of the boards.

EDIT

I should add - exchange rate is good for U.S. (if you are located in Cali, or are you TO?)

For the places I go to are The Source, Skaters, and Abominable Sports - this is Alberta.

depends where you are. if you are in vancouver, then there is a west 4th? I heard that there are alot of boarding shops down there and it has crazy new year deals.

aside from that, you can always go down to sport mart or sportchek and take advantage of their deals at the moment
