I'm not too worried, a split on the road is fine with me. In fact I kinda rather us win in 5 or 6 than a sweep.

True, but I rather head home with a 2-0 lead. Now we need to do what we have to do at home and try to close it out on the road (which would be hard but do-able). I wouldn't mind a sweep though, just that too long of layoff might be bad though as some people say.

You know what i realized, Lu eats up too much salary space. Look at all the new goalies these days, Quick, Niemi, Rask, Howard... correct me if I'm wrong but I think none of these guys make more than 3mil... they are probably only around 1-2mil?

Well you have to realize most of them are young, and they somehow battled their way into the No 1 spot. Rask kicked out Thomas, Halak kicked out Price, Howard kicked out Osgood, Niemi over Huet etc. So they are all slowly emerging out. As for Lu, he's been here longer than most of the young ones, and he's touted to be one of the best so that's different.

I guess what I mean is, it seems you don't need an outstanding goaltender anymore to advance. Look, Miller is out, Brodeur is out, Bryzgalov is out...

It was a very solid game against the Canes. Alberts was hitting everybody, as long as they were in reach. Malhotra is bloody amazing.

Thank goodness Kesler, Samuelsson, Raymond, and ALBERTS got their first goals lol.

Schneider played an amazing game, he gave very little second chances. Only thing about him I don't like is the fact that he takes his sweet time going back to the net, and he loves to puck handle too much.
