yes it does! i have to lay off the junk and cold stuff :grr:
but always get a craving for junk right before and then i get really bad cramps :sob:

you're supposed to wash your face with a benzoyl-peroxide cleanser a wk before your period comes. that, or you can go on the pill.

well yeah, i think what cosmo meant was...specifically for the wk before a girl's period, she should use that special kind of cleanser but, of course, maintaining her usual hygiene routines.
